1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Weekend Policy: Orders placed after 11:00 AM UTC on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

  • Please note that occasionally orders may be held for manual review by our team to ensure security, which may result in slight delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Sperax containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International Shipments: All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes and duties.

  • Customer Responsibility: Sperax cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred by your destination country. All such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refused Packages: If a shipment is rejected by the receiver, a redirection fee may apply. If the package is returned to Sperax, the original shipping cost (if any) will be forfeited.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Zones

We currently do not deliver to the following addresses and regions:

  • Excluded Addresses: P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

  • Excluded US Regions: Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Excluded Countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Brazil, Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and others listed in our system. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Delivery Liability

Sperax is not responsible for orders that are misplaced or lost once the carrier has marked the status as “Delivered”. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
