Movement Reimagined

had one for 2 weeks, it was working well. then all of a sudden the motor started smelling like it was burning, it threw code E3 and it runs terribly. customer service has not gotten back to me and their "speraxassist" instagram page is now deactivated. very disappointed

Bought wife the P1 foe Christmas. Just opened a couple weeks ago. She uses for 1 week (4 or 5 times). Quit working. Threw error codes E7 & E1. Customer service responded and ask for pictures and videos. Now they won't reposnd anymore.

Bought in November. Belt slips daily. Follow all directions to adjust but continues to slip. Very disappointing as I was excited to have one.

Used twice for one hour each time. On the third use, it stopped working and presented with error code E-7. Resetting did not help. No other tech support has helped.

So far so good. On occasion the belt slips a bit at medium speed otherwise good sturdy unit.Takes getting used to walking without rails.
