Returns Within United States And Rest Of World.

Although we hope you love all your items from Sperax, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
  • You have a valid proof of purchase from Sperax Online via https://sperax.com/
  • Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date;
  • All returned items must be original and re-saleable condition, with original tags attached;
Full priced items (including full priced items on temporary markdowns or promotions):
  • Refund to your original payment method.
Sale items marked with a FINAL SALE* tag:
  • Not eligible for return unless assessed and deemed as faulty.
Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another one, please place a new order and email our customer care team at service@sperax.com for assistance in returning your existing order. Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at service@sperax.com if you have any questions regarding products. Any items returned outside the return period will not be accepted for return. Sperax reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
Return Shipping:
Free (pre-paid) return label is available for returns within the United States only.
All costs associated with returning items to Sperax outside the United States (From the Rest ot the world) are the responsibility of the customer. Return address for customers outside of the United States please kindly contact at service@sperax.com
If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.
