You are shopping on the Sperax international site. All prices displayed are dependent on your delivery address. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed with any shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM UTC on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

*All international orders are shipped from Sperax via Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frame is an estimation provided by delivery time may vary between countries. Generally, the closer you are to US, the sooner you will receive your package!
Sperax does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped with DHL or other delivery, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. Sperax cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Sperax, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
