All Sperax products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. Below outlines our current warranty coverage and resolution options:
Coverage Scope
Duration: 12 months from the date of delivery。
Eligible Issues:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., motor failures, belt misalignment)
Workmanship issues (e.g., electrical system malfunctions, structural instability)
Resolution Options
① Replacement:
New unit shipped within 5 business days (subject to regional stock availability).
Includes free return pickup of the defective item.
② Full Refund:
Processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Requires return of the product in its original packaging.
Note: Repair services are currently unavailable.
Exclusions:
Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual.
Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage.
Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained.
Purchases through non-authorized retailers.
Claim Process
Submit a request via Sperax Support Portal
Provide:
Order number
Photos/video of the defect
Proof of purchase
Await validation (typically 3 business days).
Policy Effective: May 1, 2025 | Sperax reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.
