Movement Reimagined

I loved this walking pad when I initially got it because it was very lightweight and low profile. I even recommended it to many many of my patients. I totally regret that now because two months out of warranty the walking pad just stopped turning. We worked with Customer Support loosening belts, tightening belts, and centering belts. I feel that there is probably some kind of a replacement part that could solve the problem – a motor or something else but our last email was responded to by an AI assistant. At the bottom, it said "did we resolve your problem "to which I replied no. There has been no response. Do not buy.

So far so good. On occasion the belt slips a bit at medium speed otherwise good sturdy unit.Takes getting used to walking without rails.

Vibration feature is amazing

Got this after reading a ton of reviews. Best decision EVER. Light, quiet, tracks everything in the app. The cord could be longer, but I just use an extension.

PERFECT. 10/10 recommend.
